We are pleased to inform you that the 21st Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday 11th day, November 2021 at 11.00 a.m. IST, through two-way Video Conferencing ('VC') / Other Audio-Visual Means ('OAVM').
The notice of the AGM is attached. The e-copy of the Notice of the AGM along with the 21st Annual Report for the Financial Year 2020-21 (the 'Annual Report') of the Company can be downloaded from the Company's website https://www.aicl-india.com
In view of the continuing COVID-19 pandemic, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has, vide its Circular dated May 5, 2020 read with Circulars dated April 8, 2020, April 13, 2020 and January, 13, 2021 (collectively referred to as 'MCA Circulars') permitted the holding of the AGM through VC/OAVM, without the physical presence of the Members at a common venue. In compliance with the MCA Circulars and the relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 (‘Act’), the AGM of the Company is being held through VC/OAVM only.
